WHAT IS BILLY SIMS BBQ?
Billy Sims BBQ is a fast casual franchise, providing BBQ fans flavorful, traditional, slow-smoked meats. The family-friendly sports-oriented franchise consists of 50+ locations, tailoring to take-home BBQ and catering. It is co-owned by former NFL running back and Heisman Trophy winner, Billy Sims.
PROBLEM
The challenge was to design a composition for a limited-time offer sandwich that would run through both the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.
SOLUTION
With the limited-time-offer sandwich taking place during two holiday seasons, I wanted a composition that used design elements appropriate for multiple holidays. Wood was the ideal background, creating a cozy feeling as the weather began to cool down. The subtle hints of elegance in the frames and typography give the composition a festive appearance.
