MENU DESIGN & ENGINEERING
PROBLEM
Altitude 1291 is an eatertainment concept featuring food, bowling, laser tag, arcade and more. They needed a new menu design that would elevate their food and beverages and differentiate them from the stereotypical cheap eatertainment food.

SOLUTION
I began the project with my ENGINEERING phase. This phase begins with calculating the profit for each individual item. It ends with plotting all the items on a graph based around the average profit and popularity for each menu category. This tells you what items need to be emphasized the most on the menu.

With the eatertainment's location being near an airforce base, the menu's design was inspired by modern aviation and the idea of elevation.

During the 1st weekend of the new menus, they saw an increase in sales on the items I highlighted!
